My philosophy of supervision and organisational development consulting is based on an analytic approach which includes the conscious and unconscious processes of individuals – as single a person, in groups and in organisations. Becoming aware of specific unconscious affects is based on trust and reflexion. This is why it is important to maintain the process on a highly confidential and respectful basis.
