Psychodynamic organisational development

Psychodynamic organisational development integrates the intra-psychic and inter-psychic dynamic effects in professional environments. The dynamics of the individual, groups and organisation are reflected and discussed on a psychoanalytic basis. In this reflectional and analytic process, new potentials for change can be developed. A result of these processes can be the establishment of a new organisational culture or new organisational strategies within the working environment.

We customize psychodynamic organisational development upon individual needs of our clients. My intention in consulting is that through this process, you as the client gain the ability to guide your organisation’s or your personal development on your own.
