In group supervision you are invited as an individual professional to join an arranged setting with group members from a similar professional context. This context could be the same professional level in different organisations or in different departments in one organisation. Here, we come together to analyse and reflect about the individual professional subjects. The group is able to give feedback, contribute new ideas, and a new points of view.
